Switched To Microsoft 365 (from Google) and Users are locked out

Current plan level: Business
Monthly/Annual (if Team or Business): Annual

Question / Description:
We recently switched to Microsoft 365 (originally on Google). Most users were able reset their google login before we switched by going to Settings -> Account -> Reset Google Login

At this point we no longer have access to our gmails but some users were unable to Reset their google login before the switch and are no longer able to access their accounts.

Is there a way to reset their accounts from an admin level?

Hi @jabgc,

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, admins can’t reset Google login for other users :disappointed: I can file a request with my team internally to have the Google Login reset per user.

This workaround might help resolve things faster though, if you're open to temporarily enabling passwordless logins.

I see. That didn't seem to work. The passwordless sign in seems to be a broken feature. Tried a few times on my own account and received this:

Can I email you the user's email which needs to be reset by your internal team?

Hi @jabgc

Thanks for flagging  The feature is working on my side (it does have a very short window of 30 minutes before expiring), but I'll look into that error.

I sent you a DM for the user's email

Hi @jabgc Your user should be able to log in now
