I am looking to change my email in my account but it is grayed out. I am the sole admin to this account. How do I do this?
@Shawn_Optipath that's strange - definitely want to get you unblocked on this. Could you please email the address listed under the "Account Support" bullet here Contact Retool Support | Retool Docs ? That goes to our dedicated Account + Billing Support specialists who may have encountered this before and can work with you on your specific org details. They should get back to you during business hours early next week!

Thank you @kbn. I sent them an email and will report back.
Support has responded, "if you have Google login enabled, you won't be able to change your email".
They have asked the team to temporarily remove the Google login to allow for an email change. I will keep you posted.
Retool support just temporarily disabled my Google login and I was able to change my email.
Note: I wanted to set this account to one of my aliases and was unable to, given I needed afterwards to sign in with a Google login.
