Hi Shawn, There are currently no known incidents and I just tested my cloud instance and everything works as expected and I don't see any wider spread issues looking at our cloud org logs.
Can you please submit a Support ticket so we can look into what is happening on your instance specifically? Please provide additional context like
Which instance you are seeing this on (cloud or self hosted - if self hosted which version you are on)
If you are seeing the same happening in an incognito window and in another browser
Scope (ie. only 1 app is affected/ can't open any resources/can't open any page of my Retool instance, not even settings, etc.)
What you are seeing on your end (error messages, infinite spinner, ...)
If you see any network requests failing - ideally you can share a HAR file with us
When this worked last and what you have updated in the meantime
Anything else that would be important for us to know
We are on cloud. I started my morning by opening up an app at about 6:53 am. The app opened fine. Then suddenly no one in the office including myself can open any apps. The app I did initially open is functioning fine. I cannot even get into the home page so I cannot even create a ticket. The calls I am seeing in my network activity are listed in my original comment above. Only those two, nothing else is going out. As stated, the page sits blank with nothing happening.
We checked our server logs for your instance and see that it is up and responding normally. We saw no server errors and no slow requests in the last few hours. The 304 responses are normal, they just mean your browser is reusing cached files.
We did see one browser repeatedly reloading in a loop, which points to cached browser data or a session or sign-in issue rather than a problem on our side. Could you try the following?
Open the site in an incognito window and see if it loads
If it still hangs, send us a HAR file or the browser console errors, and tell us how you are signing into the instance
Can you please share this via email to support@retool.com or use the portal to submit all the detail on your case: help.retool.com
We'll follow up with you there so you don't need to share information publicly.
No worries at all - this is what we are here for
Glad it's resolved!
Should you run into such issues again feel free to use the portal or reach out to us by email.
