Is the retool db down? Our entire system is suddenly unable to talk to the db including trying to access it from the db UI.
I’m getting , “Encountered an error (http 500)“, when trying to load a table from the db UI. Sometimes just, “Postgres connection error:”.
We are getting the same. Queries to the Retool DB are timing out.
From our apps, sometimes the data will load in but usually timesout first
Down here as well

Today my team started to notice queries failing randomly. We have Postgres queries that run when the app is loaded and on refresh and at random some queries will fail and other will run successfully. They fail with a 400 error code but I can’t find anymore information other than that. If I for example run query A it may fail and then if I run it again it passes no problem.
That would make sense. One of our REST API calls is often failing.

Here is the list of queries that run, as you can see some fail and some pass. They’re failing with 400 error codes.
FYI there has been no changes to any of our setup, DB, Retool, etc.
Google Firestore queries appear to be failing as well – queries timing out.
@BAbarquez Thanks. Please by quick. Nothing can happen without db interaction. 
Retool does have a pretty impressive history of uptime though. I can’t remember a time when the db went down.
@ChiEn @milly Hi, since the feature flag was disabled we weren’t having any issues. However, in the past half an hour (since 5pm BST) we are running into the same issue and is more persistent than before. Were there any changes made?
The previous work around isn’t working for us anymore and it’s definitely a localstorage related issue, please see screenshots attached

Hi all!
We have released a potential fix for this issue and are seeing error rates for the affected services return to normal. Can you all confirm if you are still experiencing the issues reported here?

Everything seems to be working normally again for us so far.
Both our REST and Firestore queries are behaving normally now
Ahhhhh. That’s feels good to be running again.
