We are using the Retool cloud and our instance has been stopped loading for more than 6 hours from now. However the Retool statuspage does not have any updates. is anyone here experiencing the same issue? btw, we have not edited anything yet recently so it should NOT cause this issue.

It looks like this is a regional issue with our CDN that is affecting some users in Korea and Japan. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on a fix.
In the meantime, one workaround that has helped some users is connecting through a VPN to a location outside of Korea or Japan, ideally the US if that is available to you.

It did! apparently it kind of autofixed the issue as I was in Korea. thank you so much for letting us know about region-specific issue! it definitely helped us.
