Public App, External Users, and Policy

Hello,

I would like to create an app to collect payments from a list of people (around 5000). This would be a one-time-use app per user, where each user would visit a public Retool app, select some options, and then be redirected to a Stripe Checkout.

However, I’m having a hard time figuring out whether this would be considered against the policy (regarding external users, etc.). In particular, since each user would need some form of authentication (e.g., a code sent via email or a unique link), I’m unsure if this setup complies with the rules.

Could you please clarify this for me?
Thanks!

Hello @BrunoB,

Here are our official terms of service

I believe you will likely be charged for each user of the app at the price of an external user, even if they only use it one time.
