Hey @Mario_Lema_Chayan, are you on Retool Cloud or self hosted? And which plan are you on? For your reference, these are the plans available for using public links.

Public links to classic apps are available on paid plans: Team, Business, and Enterprise. If you self-host Retool, reach out to your account manager or the support team and request access to public links. Share your classic apps externally | Retool Docs

Hey @Mario_Lema_Chayan, I saw Jonah from Support followed up by email. Reiterating here as well so others can see the resolution!

The team identified the issue and shipped a fix in Retool Cloud version 3.282.0. Also, if you want to share the app publicly, please change the access type to “Public” from “(your company name) Only.”
