No longer able to create public link to app

Question / Description:
We are no longer able to generate public links for new apps for thelookoutway.retool.com
I can generate public links for apps with existing public links, but no new ones.
Previous posts say that the number of public apps is unlimited, and I am able to generate public links for new apps in another account.

Could you please check that public links is enabled in our instance?
