When you say "From the App Itself", what does that mean?

I mean from the Discord app that you may have already downloaded and installed, or their website. We run a server on Discord, a group chat platform, primarily for hosting our office hours. If you already have an account and are in the Retool server then you can login and join our office hours from there (it would be under voice channels, and during our session you'll see some familiar Retool staff names already in the channel).
I would expect the invite link to give access to anyone trying to join the server, whether they've already joined or not, but if it's not working I agree that is not a great user experience with Discord.
We are in active discussion about improving the office hours experience and making it more accessible, so any feedback about the current process is valuable.

The follow-up screens provide no opportunity for me the re-enroll.

I went through 10 steps and I seem to be in.
I am not sure how it works but I have made it into Discord.

Great to hear!
Now that you are on Discord, the last step is to join Retool's discord server. The invite link that @Shawn_Optipath shared should work 
If it doesn't work let us know and we can get another invite link.
Once you are there, you will see the Retool logo on the left side and then when we have office hours you will be able to join by clicking the 'Office Hours' voice channel.
