Iām on the Teams plan. I know this has been billed as an Enterprise only feature but it is showing on my Teams plan and I am wondering if it is now available for all plan levels because while it shows up for me it does nothing. I vote to either remove it for other plans or enable the setting if it is shown. Under Mobile Advanced Settings:
Hide native app banners
Opt out of UI that encourages users to switch to the native app. Enable if your end users are not going to be using the native app.

In my own testing today on the latest Cloud release ( v3.320.0 ) I too was able to see these Settings/Options in the UI despite assigning myself a Free plan. So it appears at the moment all levels can see this Setting, but doesn't actually enable.
I see a code change about 4 months ago that might be related to this. I pinged the development team to try and learn more about this and if its not expected behavior or possibly just a bug that they ought to not be able to toggle.
I will report back once I hear more from them
