We have updated our business plan on August 2024, still we are getting the banner on top when opening Retool. Can you fix this @retool-team

That is odd, if you upgraded your plan sucessfully you shouldn't have that banner any more.
What is your org name or org ID?
Just checked and this seems to be a common issue for Annual plan users
