User Custom Attribute does not populates OKTA Claim mapped value

Hi

I have integrated the Okta authorization server with group claims in Retool, which successfully populates user information. However, it does not populate the custom attribute in my case I named it as employee_id.

I created this custom attribute in the Okta Profile Editor, mapped it with the app, and also added employee_id as an attribute in Retool.

Below screenshots are the payload from the Retool response and OKTA Preview, which shows employee_id=None (the default value) in Retool, whereas the OKTA preview accurately populates the employee_id.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have a solution?

Do you have a screenshot of your SSO config? Do you have the Fat token Url (the user info url) set?

Thank you for the reply. I was forgot to include the custom scope to SSO scopes field. Issue resolved.
