I'm having trouble using a custom URL from my domain (apps.mydomain.com) in my app. The "Use Custom URL" option is not clickable after I published my app as a public app.
I have already configured and validated my DNS, and I'm using the Retool Business plan that I received from the Retool startup program.
I'm not sure what else I need to do to make it work. Am I missing something?

if you duplicate the app, do you see Custom URL show up in Page Settings?
because when trying to replicate this I came across the exact same behavior -- disabled Custom URL and no options in page settings. When I looked for the app in the homepage, it wasn't there! and when I duplicated it, it showed up... very strange. maybe a bug, unless I am missing something too.
