Hi all,
I try to change Custom URL from "example.retool.com/app/app_name" to "apps.example.com/app_name", and done the DNS configuration following this doc here, however, this function totally disabled on my side (btw, I updated to business account).
The official doc here shows that there is a check box next to "Page Settings" -> "Custom URL", however the checkbox isn't visible on my side. Please see the screenshot attached. Wonder any steps that I missed?

I appreciate your patience, as well. We typically try to respond within 3 to 7 days but this somehow fell through the cracks. Fortunately, I think it should be a easy fix!
It sounds like you're conflating two different features - a custom domain versus a custom URL. The former can be configured via the "Branding" menu in your organization's settings, whereas the latter requires that you go into the "Page Settings" menu in the settings for a specific app.
The key difference is that all apps share the same base domain!
