Subscribed to Business Plan but now it shows im in FREE Plan. Features of roles and group are no longer accessible

I have already subscribed to a business plan but my account suddenly shows that im in FREE plan. I have successfull paid as well just last year for an annual plan in business account. I could not acces the roles and user groups i initial made. Can you assist me?

I can confirm that our billing shows a successful payment for the Business plan. I will let you know about next steps as I look into this further
