Not able to upgrade to business plan from team's plan

Current plan level (Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise: Retool | Retool Pricing): Team
Monthly/Annual (if Team or Business): Annual
Version of Retool (if self-hosted):

Question / Description: We want to upgrade our plan to a business plan as some of our apps have stopped working in the team plan. We are not able to do it via the portal. Getting this error.

A payment error occurred: Payment for this subscription requires additional user action before it can be completed successfully.
