Plan got switched from Business to Free overnight

Question / Description:
Our Business Plan got switched overnight to the Free Version.

Our card was successfully charged on 3 March and then on 5 March a $0 invoice showed in our billing portal

Sent email to support and billing with no response. It's impacting our production.

Can someone here help?
