Account Upgrade/ billing infromation

Hi, my free trail is over but i don't have an option in the billing table to select a plan. anyone know what causes this issues and there is a fix for my account. because i would like to upgrade to a team payment plan. below is an image of my account billing information, how do i change toa team plan.
