Somehow, 2 accounts associated with my email

Monthly/Annual (if Team or Business):
Version of Retool (if self-hosted):

Question / Description: I purchased a monthly plan because I’m evalulating your product for our company and I ran out of ai credits. Now, when I try to log back in, it takes me to an account I had 5 years ago with you I don’t even remember (I think).

I’m using google auth and want to get back to my account that I’ve been working on all day.

Hey @Peter_Kellner, glad you’re getting set up on Retool! Apologies for any trouble so far.

While logged into the old organization, are you able to archive it? You can do this within Settings > Advanced > Archive Organization.

Additionally, are you able to navigate directly to your Retool subdomain (_____.retool.com), instead of starting at retool.com? This usually helps ensure you’re navigating directly to the right place, avoiding any confusion about being part of multiple Retool organizations!

I have two different url’s. as long as I stick to the new one, where and that is associated with the business account, then all works. I’d just like to get rid of the old one so when I log in, I dont keep getting the wrong account. I don’t need to archi e any of my old stuff. the only one I care about is at https://borregobasic.retool.com/
