Account Unexpectedly Archived

While editing my app, I was unexpectedly logged out of Retool. When I tried logging back in (using the same method I used to sign up), I was prompted to create a new account.

After that, I couldn’t access any of my work—no apps, no data, no workflows. Everything seemed wiped clean.

I reached out to support (they were very quick to respond), and they told me my original org had somehow been archived. They were able to provide me with the JSON files of my apps, which helped, though I still lost some progress.

Unfortunately, this happened again today—twice in just 12 hours. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I’m worried about losing significant work and spending even more time waiting for a resolution or JSON files from the backend team.

Hi @Mourya_Dodla, I don't think your specific issue was related to the underlying problems that the other user was having in the other thread, so I split this into its own topic. I will look into what's going on with your account and try to get things sorted out for you!

I just looked into this more and see you've had more correspondence with ones of our CSRs. It looks like your account was getting tripped for hitting AI query rate limits, but everything should be sorted out now. Let us know if you have anymore issues!
