Set end users to 0 for business plan

Hi Abbey

I have upgraded from teams to business plan. I wrote to the retool support team asking for a change in the number of end users to 0 as all I have is external users now.

Requesting your intervention at the earliest. I'm unable to change the number of users on my end.
