Salesforce Access issue

We are on the free version starting BetaTesting. When I create a non-admin user, they are getting the message: Tou don't have access to resource .....
I don't see any options to allow all users to use the same resource. I this just because of the free version?

Correction - we are actually on the team plan.

Thanks for reaching out on the Retool Community.

What sounds like the issue here is not about the Plan you are using, but how permissions are configured in Retool.

Key points:

  • Resources are not automatically usable by all users
  • Non-admin users must be granted “Use” access to each resource
  • That access is typically granted via groups, not individually ( All Users, etc )

Please check the resource’s permissions in the Retool Settings > User Management section and make sure it’s shared with either the All Users group ( with Use access ) or a group that the user belongs to.

Admins won’t see this issue since they automatically have access. Let me know if that ends up resolving the issue for you!

If not, please provide some details/screenshots of what you have configured for permissions for this user or any groups they are in.
