Hi,
Our new resources are not applied by default in “Use” for “All users”. I understand that we don't have Rich Permission with our Team license, but I don't want to be granular in resource management. I'd like everyone to be able to use the new created resources.
How did you manage to have the other resources selected as "Use"? (Dashboard Backoffice API, for example.
This is from before, when Retool changed their plans. Permission control was allowed on Team I think
OK definitely something for the Retool team to look into for you as I wouldn't be able change it for you. Hopefully, you will be able to get this fixed soon! Good luck!

Sounds like your org might have gotten caught in limbo with the change of plans.
Let me double check internally and find out more about this situation. So currently you have to manually give the "All Users" group use access for a newly created resource?
Hi, problem was resolved by the support setting me on the Business plan for 5 days, to reset resource permissions
