Retool University Account Creation

Question / Description: I am trying to activate my account on retool university but I can't make it past the Activation page after I click through the Retool University Team email

Just to clarify, you're receiving the activation email but can't progress beyond the linked page after filling out your name and providing a password - is that right? It's possible that the site is just experiencing high traffic. :thinking:

Do you see any errors, either in the UI or the browser console, during this process?

That is correct. Put my information in, click the button and nothing. No warning messages either. I tried resetting the password for the email it says an account is active for but the reset email message said no account exists so my account is stuck in some weird loop

Can you let me know which email you want to use, either here or via DM? I can look at your account status and maybe sent you a functional reset link.

Hi the same issue (not active "create account" button for Retool University") has panagiotis_zeimpekis@colpal.com .

Hi as mentioned before it is for my colleague panagiotis_zeimpekis@colpal.com and he is not able to create account and when try to reset password it coming back to the same point when you can not create account because button "create account" is not active

Hello Retool Team, I need your support for joining retool university due to invitation bug, button is not clickable. Can you please help so as to conduct the trainings as soon as possible?
