Retool Running Extremely slow in APAC/AEST TIME?

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed Retool running extremely slow in APAC today, 17/06/2024?

Simple select functions on the retool database taking ages or failing?

Thanks for reaching out!

We had a bug here, where we incorrectly exposed an outbound region in Singapore. Otherwise, I haven't seen other reports of APAC Retool DB performance issues.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Could you share a screen recording?

How many records are you selecting?

Hi Tess,

It happened over a couple of days lastweek.

  1. When I was editing apps it wasn't recording those changes and when I went back to the app it was in its original form.

  2. Very basic sql queries took forever to run or timed out.

Looks to have resolved itself now, but was highly frustrating when you make alot of changes in the app to then lose them.
