Question / Description:
We would like a way to alert an admin when an application has a public link generated. There is no built-in reporting for this, and we were exploring piping logs to a SIEM, but these docs seem to imply that the events that are brought over are very limited, even for a custom configuration.

How are orgs monitoring when apps are being moved to "public"?

Sorry @Ylan_Muller, but there currently is no way to notify an admin when apps have a public link generated. :slightly_frowning_face: I can create a feature request for this.

I can follow up on this for you, @Ylan_Muller! Welcome to the community. :slightly_smiling_face:

Out of curiosity, is your org utilizing the public apps feature in a limited capacity or would it be sufficient to disable them entirely?

Hi Darren,

We don't use it at all and would prefer to have it off entirely.

Ah thanks for the clarification! I think somebody beat me to it and has already disabled public apps for your org. :+1: You should be all set, but let me know if there's anything else I can do!
