Ability to see which apps are shared publicly in the UI

There are some infosec considerations for apps that are publicly shared, but there is no easy way in the UI to review apps that have been shared publicly without clicking through them one by one

I believe there is an API endpoint that would allow us to check this, but this is not possible to access on the tier that we have

the Retool API unfortunately requires an enterprise subscription. Is one of the ways Retool segments their customers.

You might be able to get around this by going on-prem instead of cloud

Having a way to filter / sort the list of apps to those that are available to the public would be sufficient

Thanks for this feedback! I agree, it would be helpful to see and filter/sort this information in the UI. I don't believe this is currently on our roadmap, but I will reach back out here if that changes.

Generally, self hosted accounts have access to more information because they can access the database that powers their Retool instance. That said, self-hosted, non-Enterprise accounts can't create public apps.
