Public Link Issue

I created a public link for an app I was working on in order for some other people to view and offer feedback. When one person went to the link, it wanted her to sign in. She went ahead and did that with her Gmail account and was actually taken to the editor. I obviously don't want people I send the public link having access to edit the app. Does anyone know what would cause that?

Also, it is a multi-page app, but the links to other pages are not working for those who actually get to the app with the public link.
