When clicking the Preview button I cannot see the presentation mode, because "The presentation feature is not in your plan". There's a related issue about it (link above). But I couldn't find a solution other than asking for help on chat support. To make matters worse, the chat button doesn't work.

Are you running a cloud or on-prem instance? I see that there is one of each associated with your current email address and the potential cause of this behavior differs between the two.

What's the best way to get support via chat/phone or something synchronous. We are stuck and considering churning off of retool immediately.
We have BOTH an on-prem and a cloud instance, and we use BOTH for different purposes. It's been over a week. This is starting to get ridiculous since we're PAYING for both!

The primary issue I'm seeing is the fact that your self-hosted instance has never successfully completed a license check. There are generally two possible reasons for this:
- Your deployment isn't configured with the necessary egress rules, or
- There is a typo - including possible whitespace - in your license key itself.
