Password reset does not work.

When I tried to log in, a message came up saying my password had expired.
So I went to the link to reset my password via email, but my password hasn't changed.

Additionally, I was using the business plan.
What should I do?

Why did my password expire?

Retool is requiring some users to update their passwords. If you have any questions, please reach out to security@retool.com.

Do I need to take any action?

You do not need to take any action other than updating your password the next time you login to Retool. To keep your account as safe as possible:

  • Set a password that is hard to guess and not reused for other accounts
  • Enable two-factor authentication for your account under Settings > Account
