As a security best practice, we're not able to reset 2FA from our side. Instead, an admin in your organization can follow these docs to reset 2FA for individual users. If you are an admin, and locked out of 2FA, email security@retool.com. If your organization does not have any available admins, see below!
Chiming in here, this happens to Retool users in my org, too. They don't sign in for a little while, then their 2FA code stops working. I then need to reset their 2FA code in Retool so they can scan a new QR code. On the flipside, I never have to reauthenticate to Retool, which also seems strange...
We're on Business Plan. @kbn @Chris-Thompson - any ideas what's going on here? Thanks!
