Nothing happens when I click "Email support" from bottom right Help icon.
Chrome is not showing that it attempted to block a pop-up, and the Developer console logs nothing.
I've tried across various apps as well as our Retool home page ([company-name] dot retool dot com)
The same is true of the "Report abuse" entry. All other links have an effect or open a page.

The email support link is a mailto: link, which is handled differently depending on an individual's browser settings. You could try checking if you have any blocked email protocol handlers in chrome://settings/handlers. However, as a fallback, you can also try right clicking the link and copying the email address manually:
Oof, thanks @albert — I must've set this by accident because previously all my mailto: links were fine.
I've also confirmed that other sites' mailtos weren't working (something I should've done before posting here, eep.)
