Not much more than the title : I, as an admin, can see the debug icon with the console tab on my retool app but all non-admin users cannot (they used to a few months ago).
I don't know if that's a bug or a feature 
, I did not find a way to configure this in the settings...

Only Editors and Admins have access to the Debug Tools. You can find more details in this doc: Introducing Debug Tools: Quickly find and fix errors in your Retool apps.
When you mentioned "non-admin," were you referring to an Editor or a Viewer? That’ll help clarify things!
