Mobile App no longer working after today's incident

  1. My goal: Able to use my custom app again.
  2. Issue: Custom app no longer loads (blank screen), infinite loop when logging in (in Incognito)
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: Cleared cache, opened in Incognito, I get as far as the login screen but then unable to log in. Just keeps presenting the login screen.

Sign-in issues on Retool Mobile

Resolved - This incident is resolved. If you are having issues signing in, please first try the following:

  • Android: Clear the app cache. Open your Settings, go to Apps (or Applications), tap Retool Mobile, select Storage, and tap Clear cache.
  • iOS: Delete and reinstall the Retool Mobile app (you'll be prompted to sign in again afterward).

UPDATE: This is fully resolved on version 4.4.0!

I'm pretty sure the issue you're describing is the same one that was shared over here. We're aware and currently investigating!
