I used the mobile app yesterday. Today it asked me to log-in, not normally a problem and logged in all the time in the desktop UI. But today I just get taken back to the login page after I log in.
Thanks, working for me now on iOS, but this was quite a poor slip for it not to be caught internally, to get to production AND require such drastic steps to get back in. It's a pain for my clients not just me and other users on here.
I hear you and sympathize, @mawdo81. As soon as this is fully resolved, we'll provide an update here and make sure the customer impact is understood during the postmortem.
Credit where it's due though. Now I'm back in I'm finding it better than previously. App State data was being lost when switching from my retool app to another iOS app then back. This was seriously frustrating.
Not sure how its related but that problem appears to be resolved.
