Mobile App Has kicked me up and stuck in a login Loop

I used the mobile app yesterday. Today it asked me to log-in, not normally a problem and logged in all the time in the desktop UI. But today I just get taken back to the login page after I log in.

I've tried both the cloud hosted option and the Android mobile apps suddenly not working - #29 by bca workaround but no help.

Current app version with no updates available from the App Store.

I'm getting the successful login form a new IP address emails but not actually able to use the app

We have several users as well who are stuck in a loop of logging in, then being kicked back into the sign in screen.

we just rolled back a change we believe was the cause of the issue. can you let us know if you can log into Retool Mobile?

Unfortunately no difference yet.

Hi y'all - sorry again for the disruption.

For those who've been hit by the sign-in issue today:

  • Android: please try clearing the app cache.
  • iOS: please try deleting and reinstalling the Retool Mobile app (you'll be prompted to sign in again afterward).

Thanks, working for me now on iOS, but this was quite a poor slip for it not to be caught internally, to get to production AND require such drastic steps to get back in. It's a pain for my clients not just me and other users on here.

I hear you and sympathize, @mawdo81. As soon as this is fully resolved, we'll provide an update here and make sure the customer impact is understood during the postmortem.
