Landing Page Not Working For External Users

Question / Description:
External users are not being routed to the landing page, but instead to the Retool dashboard.

This randomly just started happening today, even though it's been working perfectly for ~1 year. I have made no changes to anything in Retool today.

I have the landing page set in the additional settings section of the External Users permission group. The user is not part of any other permission groups, and only has 'Use' access to the relevant apps (they have absolutely no 'Edit' or 'Own' permissions).

Please help!

We are having the same issue, it seems to be related to the groups bug here. We had to disable the login page so the user don't see the list of apps.

if you haven’t made any changes, system updates or permission cache issues can cause this behavior. I recommend double-checking that the landing page is still correctly saved in the External Users group settings, then having the affected users log out, clear browser cache, and log back in. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the landing page setting or temporarily creating a new permission group to see if the routing works there.
