External apps landing page in mobile

Hi all,

we have a Retool Mobile app which we want all External Users to land to. We have configure the landing page of External Apps to point to this specific app.

However during our testing we noticed that after login, the external user is landing on "Home" which is a list page of all available apps of some sort and he has to explicitly tap on the app in the list to start using the intended app.

How can we mitigate this?

Ensure that the specific Retool app is set as the default landing page for your external users.

Go to Settings > Permissions and verify that external users are routed to the desired app after login. If you've already set the landing page to point to this app, double-check that it's done correctly and applied across all relevant user roles.
