Question / Description:

Hello,

We are setting up the branding for our web app on data.hedgeid.com and have followed the dns mapping instructions. 3 custom A records mapped to Retool’s IP addresses:

35.92.202.168
35.92.202.169
35.92.202.170

But it still cant seem to connect via the branding settings, perhaps it takes time to propagate

Can you help,

Fixed this it was a conflict with the aaaa record IPV6
