How can we change the branding of the email invites?

Current plan level (Free, Team, Business, or Enterprise: Retool | Retool Pricing): Free
Monthly/Annual (if Team or Business):
Version of Retool (if self-hosted):

When I use Retool email service for inviting users or for the forgot password flow, the email has retool branding (see screenshot below)

how can i adjust the email so that it has branding customized to my website / business? it's just strange inviting clients to use my product, only for them to see the branding for a completely different product / company

I think that on a free plan you can't adjust the branding for yourself. You'll have to pay business or enterprise to have access to the branding according to the pricing page.

Hi Julien, thanks for the response. My account is actually on the business plan and it seems like I'm still unable to adjust this email. as you can see in the screenshot below, it's saying i need the enterprise plan. can you confirm that this is actually the case? or is this a bug on the UI that's showing up for business plan users when it shouldn't be? appreciate the help!

Our documentation of this feature isn't the clearest, but I can confirm that full white labeling - including user invites - does indeed require an Enterprise plan. It's worth noting that we have received a fair bit of feedback about this, though - I'll be sure to provide an update here if anything changes.

In the meantime, it's possible to remove all but two of the references to Retool in those automatic emails by properly configuring your organization's branding.
