i am on a business plan. I keep getting an error when i add a custom domain. It given an error saying you have reached maximum number of custom domains for your organization. How do fix this? please note that i have added a domain adn then deleted it as well. However it still complains
Thanks for reaching out! I know that error can come up if there is already a pending domain that isn't fully available yet. In this case, waiting for the DNS to fully propagate (~24 hours) should resolve it. Is that what happened in your case?
I definitely want to make sure you're not hitting a bug or rate limit 
If you're still unable to add a custom domain, could you share the Retool org subdomain so that I can check our logs?
