Consistent behavior of the Retool logo

Currently, the database area seems to be the only place where clicking the logo links to your instance via URL. (and the header is a little larger)

Everywhere else in Retool, the logo opens the menu

I propose that the database view gets upgraded with the menu. (and fix the height for my OCD :stuck_out_tongue: )
