Hey Retool team,
Loving the new DB view that was launched a couple of months ago. However, the fact that tabs auto-close can be really frustrating at times as the navigation pane can get cluttered and constantly having to find the tables while looking at data just adds lots of wasted time.
Any chance to keep the table tabs open?

Thanks for reaching out, @the_irav! I went back to the previous UI recently and was surprised by how much I missed the remodel. It's pretty great. 
If I understand correctly, I think the behavior you're describing is actually intended and serves to keep the tab bar from quickly becoming overcrowded. You can quickly tell that a tab will be closed on navigating away if its title is italicized.
All you have to do to "pin" it is click on the tab title!
