Conflict in pricing bill for external user and end user

Hi Retool team,
The first question I want to ask is external has difference with end user price is right ?
And how to distinguish between two types of users? I read this yet on Retool pricing but It not clear.

Hi @Phu_Doan,

I think you'll find the answers you need here

Any users with an email address that match your account's domain will be an end user (assuming they're not standard users, i.e. they don't have edit rights).

Users with view only rights, that are external to your account's domain, will count as external.
