How do I change the owner of the account? I am leaving the business and cannot self-serve from what I can see.

If you're looking to transfer ownership of a Retool account because you're leaving the business, there's no direct "change owner" button but here’s how to handle it effectively:
1. Make Sure There's Another Admin
- Retool requires at least one admin in the organization to archive or transfer things.
- Go to Settings → Users, and confirm another user has the Admin role
- If not, add a new admin or promote an existing user.
2. Archive Your Account or Organization
Once a second admin is in place:
- Navigate to Settings → Account, scroll down, and use “Archive account”
- If you're the sole admin, you'll first need to archive the entire organization under Settings → Advanced, or promote another admin before archiving

Hello @R_Fleming, I see that you've reached out to Jonah in Support, and it looks like you're all set!
When you're on Cloud, the only way to "own" the account is by becoming an admin. Here are some helpful docs:
- Changing the permission group for a user to include admin
- Archiving a user account. Once there's at least one other admin, the person leaving can archive their account.
Please keep in mind: if you need to continue using your organization, do not archive it.
