Can't get retool email to get through to some email adresses

  1. My goal:
    1. Continue sending emails to our email addresses using the retool email resource
  2. Issue:
    1. About 1.5 weeks ago, our company migrated form one email service to another. For some reason, this migration took about 2 days to complete. During those two days, our company email inboxes were deactivated. This means retool email resource, during that time, would have been receiving some message from the email server about the inboxes not being active. Because we have workflows that send out automated emails to certain users, I think its possible the retool email server has been triggered to stop sending emails to those addresses. I am thinking it is possible that the retool team might need to remove the warning on the e-mail server to allow it to continue sending out the emails. I am suspicious this is the issue because we also use a CAD system called Onshape. There emails notifications server was also ignoring sending emails to our email addresses because the inactive email inboxes triggered it to stop sending and they had to manually remove the warning.
  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
    1. Our internal IT has verified that the emails being sent by retool email resource are not even reaching our email server or our hornet security.
  4. Additional info:
    1. We are on Cloud

If a member of the retool team could chime in here, it would really be appreciated. I have already tried getting help for this through the support ticket system and I was courteously told that system is only for billing issue. I was told to ask here instead. I love retool but its sometimes frustrating when it consistently takes more that 4 days to get assistance with something.

Retool support has fixed my issue. The email service was suppressing our emails because our inboxes had been deactivated for a few days.
