Hi Retool Support Team,
I'm experiencing an error when trying to access my Retool app. The page fails to load and shows the following message:
This correlates perfectly with this post that @Darren has attributed to licensing issue (which correlates with the fact this started happening right after adding a new user 
)
This impacts logins of a several of our users please have a look 
Our lisence domain is dolarapp.com
P.S. reset, restart, redeploy, clear cookie nothing helps
Hello @Max_DA, welcome back to the forum! Thanks for linking that post, but I dont think that is the case here. Can you check if you currently have more than 100 users enabled? We advise keeping it under 100, so try disabling a few and see if things start working again. Let me know how it goes after you try that, thank you!

Yes its possible that we reached 100, this bug does not allow admins to login to remove any of users.
Please fix on your side, so that our admins are able to login to perform the cleanup. This is clearly happening because of number of users and should be caused from license service not the deployment itself

UPD: fixed current state by disabling few users via direct DB manipulation - we are back 
Now I have question - what should we do to allow ourself having more then 100 users ?

There's a limit of 100 users for self-hosted organizations on the Business or Team plans (shown on our pricing page, by toggling to "Self Host").
If you're interested in having more than 100 users on self-hosted, the options would be:
Consider switching to cloud-hosted
Or you can book time with our Sales team to explore our Enterprise plan, which allows unlimited users on self-hosted. Enterprise pricing plans are customized to each individual organization.
