Hi! Yesterday I had an issue with a workflow that did not delete temporal files from Retool Storage, so I ran out of the 5GB available. After a few hours, the available space was increased but I also proceeded to delete all the files that were not required, so now I am using only 2.4 GB. But somehow, this also affected the Postgres instance offered on the plan and although there is free memory now I keep getting this message when trying to use the database:

It has been over 12 hours that we don't have access to the database, and this is affecting lots of processes, could someone please help?
