BUG: Retool University Sign-up Flow Not Sending Create Account Email Confirmation

There seems to be a bug with the Retool University sign-up flow. I did not receive the signup invite by email after submitting it. When I use 'Forget Password' to see if that triggers a workaround, I get an email saying a password reset has been requested (but without any option or link to actually reset the password).

Happy to DM a member of the Retool team my email if someone can take a look at this.


Do you have any email security gateways protecting your mailbox?

It could be that your email is held up there.

Happened to me before. It wasn't flagged for spam or anything but was held hostage by my company's ESG while I pulled my hair out because the Retool University sign-up page didn't say you're already in the system and go look for your email.
