Booking a Retool Demo: A Somewhat Crashing Issue

Hi!

Our team is ecstatic to dive deep with Retool and has been aiming to secure an appointment for a demo call.


Unfortunately, after submitting our booking details, we get an error message that says:

The page "/demo/thanks" wasn't found.. Let's find a better place.

Due to this, we are unable to continue with the process. We submitted tickets for support but it only directs us to the same booking link wherein the issue emerges. We were thinking if there is a way to possibly set a direct appointment without going through the website or any other viable option available would suffice.

It would be awesome if we can get this settled as soon as possible. Appreciate all of your insights!

Thank you for writing in, @Ayen_Morales! I've reproduced the issue and yes, that's a bummer experience for when you're trying to get yourself the demo experience.

I'll circle back when the issue is fixed and will try and confirm if your submission has been received. From what I can tell in my testing, the form is still submitting -- just landing in a place leaving the result quite ambiguous and doubtful.
