Retool sales / support

Hi, I've tried many times to arrange a demo or a sales calls with Retool but I can't get anywhere. How can I receive direct support from Retool regarding my potential use cases with the app?

Thank you, appreciate that. We are fairly small business so doubt enterprise would make sense but would still like to dicuss with a rep directly whether Retool's pricing structure would suit our use case. Thanks
